Returns & Exchange
At B’town Kids we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and your shopping experience with us.
If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order and we will assist you.
You may return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange of the item/s.
If an incorrect item is received, B’town Kids must be notified within 14 days of receiving the order. It is the customers responsibility to check all items upon delivery. Please notify us immediately if an item is faulty.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at sales@b-townkids.com.au and we will assist you through this process.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returns unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
We strongly suggest returning by Australia Post tracked satchel as B’townkids.com.au is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Items must be returned to B’town Kids within 14 days of the invoice, unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging intact). Upon inspecting the returned item/s we will happily issue you with a B’town Kids store credit for the purchase value of the item/s only or a refund if the item is faulty.
