We offer Australia wide shipping and use Australia Post tracked pre-paid satchels up to 5kg. Delivery times vary depending on your geographical location.
We regret that we are not able to offer International Shipping at this time.

Australia wide up to 5kg – $10.90 flat rate. *large, boxed items or those requiring custom packaging may incur extra charges.
Free shipping on orders over $150.00. *items with a fixed shipping cost are not eligible for free shipping.
Local pick up from our store in Bungendore NSW.
If you have a disability, we can also arrange home delivery to Bungendore residents.

Please contact us should you require your delivery more urgently and we can discuss other shipping options. Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed by the seller at the time of purchase.

B’town Kids cannot be responsible for missing parcels which are shown to have been ‘delivered’ to the correct address by Australia Post.

Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, noting that the store is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Once despatched, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track your parcel by entering your tracking number here:
